Case Study: FAIR Campaign

BRIEF

Drive pressure for the Government to introduce laws on anonymity before charge in relation to sexual offences.

SOLUTION

We worked with Daniel Janner QC, Paul Gambaccini and many others to strategise and build a plan to raise awareness. We launched a Parliamentary petition which gained over 25,000 signatures, and utilised social media to build the campaign.

EXECUTION

We produced an emotional video with Sir Cliff Richard talking about his experiences and how if the law had of been changed he would’ve been treated very differently.

RESULTS

The Justice Secretary announced he was backing the campaign and would be looking at ways to change these laws.
